Dr. Tobin completed both his undergraduate studies and his master's degree at Miami University and received his doctorate from Indiana University. His specialties include depression, anxiety, and pain management. He is also certified as a hypnotherapist by the American Society of Clinical Hypnosis. Dr. Tobin joined the Oaklawn staff in 1994.
