Reeves graduated with a nursing degree from Arizona State University after serving in the U.S. Navy. He earned his physician assistant degree from the University of North Dakota. He is certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants. Reeves joined the Oaklawn staff in 2002. He works in association with Martin Holmes, M.D.
