Dr. Tehrani completed his undergraduate work at Tehran University and received his medical degree from Tehran University School of Medicine. He completed a residency in anesthesiology at St. Elizabeth's Medical Center, Tufts University School of Medicine in Boston and one in internal medicine at Memorial Hospital of Rhode Island, Brown University School of Medicine in Providence, Rhode Island. He is board certified in anesthesiology and in internal medicine. Dr. Tehrani joined Oaklawn's active medical staff in 1999.
