About Oaklawn Physical Rehabilitation

If you hurt… let us help

People often seek rehabilitation services because they hurt or have a disability, not because they feel good. At Oaklawn physical rehabilitation, we understand this -- and we are here to put our patients first in their time of need.

We have a dedicated, highly qualified staff of physical and occupational therapy professionals to serve you. Oaklawn Hospital has a broad spectrum of therapists who specialize in many areas including orthopedics, pelvic health, oncology rehabilitation/lymphedema, sports injuries, pediatrics and neurological issues.

Our staff is committed to providing unprecedented care in a friendly, encouraging environment. We strive to provide well researched, clinically relevant care. This produces better outcomes for our patients in an efficient time frame.

It is our goal to provide prompt, appropriate treatment, which can lead to faster recovery. For the patients, this means allowing you to return to the activities that are important to you -- whether they involve work, sports, daily chores or a recreational activity that you love.

Testimonials

Letter written about our Marshall clinic:

I recently finished water therapy sessions with Leslie Hagerty. I was most pleased with her attitude and knowledge. She took each session very seriously and built the most efficient, doable exercise program for my condition. I was especially pleased to be scheduled with the same therapist throughout my therapy classes. I have had many referred appointments in the past and everything has been handled professionally. Your swimming pools are exceptional and maintained well.

We now have 2 Certified Lymphedema Therapists

We are pleased to offer physical therapy services for patients with lymphedema. Tracy Winnie and Cheries Brule are certified lymphedema therapists and can offer complete decongestive therapy treatment in the Albion and Marshall locations. Other types of edema are responsive to decongestive therapy as well. If you suffer with lymphedema/edema, you can speak with your physician to seek if a referral is appropriate.
