Dr. Andre Oulai received his undergraduate degree from the State University of New York at Buffalo. He is a graduate of the Medical College of Ohio at Toledo. He completed his Internship and Residency in Orthopaedic Surgery at Allegheny General Hospital in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. Dr. Oulai is Board Certified in Orthopaedic Surgery, and is a Fellow of the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons. His interests include minimally invasive surgery and complex reconstruction procedures in Total Joint Replacement as well as general orthopaedics.
