Dr. Oo earned his bachelor’s and medical degrees from the Institute of Medicine in Rangoon, Myanmar. He completed internships at Rangoon General Hospital in Burma and the Cabrini Medical Center in New York City and residencies at NHS affiliated teaching hospitals in the United Kingdom and Jacobi Hospital in New York City. He was a fellow at the University of Minnesota Hospitals. Dr. Oo is also board certified in internal medicine and is a clinical assistant professor at the Michigan State University Kalamazoo Center for Medical Studies. He is a published researcher and lecturer on medical topics related to nephrology.
