Dr. Asad Mehdi received his Bachelor's degree from Loyola University in Chicago, and his Medical degree from Ross University School of Medicine in Roseau, Dominica. His residency in Family Medicine was at Cook County-Loyola-Provident Hospitals in Chicago. He is board certified in Family Medicine and joined the Oaklawn Hospital medical staff in September 2011.
