Dr. Holmes earned his bachelor’s from St. Lawrence University in Canton, New York and his medical degree from Queen’s University in Kingston, Ontario. He interned at the Albany Medical Center in Albany, N.Y. and Queen’s University, where he completed a teaching fellowship in the anatomy department. He also completed a family practice residency at Kingston General Hospital and Hotel Dieu Hospital, both in Kingston, Ontario. Dr. Holmes joined Oaklawn’s active staff in February 2002.
