Dr. Goins earned his bachelor's degree from Morgan State College in Baltimore, Maryland and a medical degree from Yale. He completed a general surgery internship and an otolaryngology residency at the Johns Hopkins Hospital in Baltimore. He is a diplomate of the American Board of Otolaryngology. Dr. Goins joined Oaklawn's active medical staff in 2006.



Dr. Goins is now treating patients with chronic sinusitis using a state of the art procedure known as Sinuplasty.  To learn more about Sinuplasty, watch the videos below.
