Dr. Garcia completed his undergraduate studies at the University of Texas at Austin. He received his medical degree from Creighton University Medical School in Nebraska. His residency was completed at Case Western Reserve-St. Luke's Hospital in Cleveland. He is certified by the American Board of Orthopedic Surgery and joined Oaklawn's active medical staff in 1994.
