Dr. Waldo E. Frankenstein earned his medical degree from Des Moines University College of Osteopathic Medicine in 1954. He has been practicing medicine in Bellevue since 1960. Dr. Frankenstein became affiliated with Oaklawn Hospital and Oaklawn Medical Group in August 2010.
