Oaklawn is a high-quality acute-care hospital that cares for patients of all ages. The Medical/Surgical and Critical Care Units are staffed by skilled and caring nurses, trained to keep patients comfortable while handling complex medical needs. In-room computers allow for responsive inter-hospital communication, and computerized medication technology improves the safety and timeliness for nurses to dispense medication.

Critical Care Unit

In 2008, Oaklawn expanded and totally renovated their Critical Care Unit. The 12-room Unit provides highly skilled nursing care with continuous monitoring, both visually and electronically.Patient information is passcode protected. Patients are encouraged to share this code with anyone they would like to have access to their protected information.
