POSITION REQUIREMENTS:  Licensed in the State of Michigan required. Bachelor’s in Nursing preferred or BSN complete within two years. Recent experience in an acute psychiatric hospital, psychiatric partial program, or outpatient psychiatric services, preferred. Board certification in Psychiatric care preferred.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES: Assessment of psychiatric patients, medication administration, therapeutically interacts and educates patients. Document patient progress via Oaklawn’s computerized process. Communicate with multiple team members.   Crisis intervention training required.

SPECIAL INFORMATION: Computer skills very helpful.  Shift - Varies, Pool/Casual  Non-Exempt, Weekends - Rotating.
