POSITION REQUIREMENTS: Licensed Registered Nurse with the State of Michigan, BSN preferred; Homecare experience and knowledge of CMS requirements, preferred; Candidate must have reliable transportation and schedule flexibility.  Excellent communication, interpersonal, assessment and critical thinking skills.  Experience in Microsoft Word skills helpful.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:  Assessment of patients in their home; intervention, such as IV therapy, wound care, blood draws and on disease management education; coordinates patient care with other disciplines.
