Office Manager

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:  Highly qualified individual to provide support to physician practice. This position will require a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.  Previous supervisory, physician office experience, excellent communication and interpersonal skills required. Experience with an electronic medical record preferred.  Experience with cardiology office preferred.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES: Oversight and reporting of all day-to-day functions to Practice Director. Supervision and evaluation of staff, data collection and schedule management.  Purchasing, budget, payroll and production management.   Other duties may also include answering phones and scheduling patient appointments.

SPECIAL INFORMATION:  Must be organized, analytical and have the ability to multitask and function autonomously. Must have excellent conflict resolution skills.  To perform this job successfully, must be confident in computer skills and able to learn additional software as required by the position.

 Shift - Days, 80 hrs pp, Exempt, Weekends - Possible
