POSITION REQUIREMENTS: Licensed Registered Nurse with the state of Michigan. Admits patients to the hospice services identifying physical, social and spiritual needs. Ability to perform some care treatments, such as wound care. Assess physical and emotional needs at each visit. Performs clinical documentation on the computer. 

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES: Knows CMS regulations for hospice. Must have hospice experience. Experience with dealing with IDT meetings.

 SPECIAL INFORMATION:  Must have transportation that is reliable. Must have an excellent attitude with great interpersonal skills. Shift - Days, Weekend/Call - Yes, 40 hrs pp, Non-Exempt
