Professional transitions announced for Oaklawn physical therapists

Three staff members of Oaklawn Physical Rehabilitation Services recently have undergone professional transitions.

Sarah Hook of Charlotte recently joined the department’s staff as a physical therapist. She completed her doctorate in physical therapy at Andrews University. Sarah’s clinical interest is in pediatrics.

Charles Middleton of Marshall, who recently graduated from the University of Findlay with a doctorate in physical therapy, has returned to the department’s Marshall center as a physical therapist, focusing on sports medicine and athletic performance. Charles has been a valuable Oaklawn team member for 16 years.

Mitch Zigler of Parma recently earned his doctorate in physical therapy through the University of St. Augustine in Florida. His clinical focus is on manual therapy, movement re-training and vestibular rehabilitation. Zigler, who began as a staff physical therapist with Oaklawn 11 years ago, is the director of the rehabilitation program, which includes the Marshall, Olivet, Albion, and hospital clinics.

Oaklawn Physical Rehabilitation Services maintains centers in Marshall at 13697 15-Mile Road, in Albion at 300 B Drive North and in Olivet at 202 N. Main St.
