Carroll-Crist earned her undergraduate degree from the University of Dayton and graduated from physician assistant school at Cincinnati Technical College. She is board certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants. Carroll-Crist joined the staff of Homer Medical Center in 1995.
