Dr. Cynthia Abacan received her medical degree from the University of Santo Tomas Faculty of Medicine and Surgery in the Philippines.  She completed her residency in Internal Medicine and a Fellowhip in Endocrinology, Diabetes and Metabolism at the Cleveland Clinic.  Dr. Abacan is a Fellow of the American College of Endocrinology, a program that recognizes endocrinologists for excellence and achievement in endocrinology and for quality of care given to patients. Dr. Abacan is Board Certified in Internal Medicine and Endocrinology.  She joined Oaklawn's staff in August, 2009.
